Chris Pratt's wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, also wrote, “Being mean is so yesterday.”

“Science Bros” Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Ruffalo are coming to Chris Pratt's defense after an internet challenge named the latter the “worst Hollywood Chris.”

Over the weekend, filmmaker Amy Berg asked people on Twitter to take a poll on which Hollywood Chris “has to go,” and entertainment site E! News asked the same question on Instagram.

According to those who supported canceling, Chris Pratt is allegedly supporting the Trump campaign and a church with anti-LGBTQ views, which Chris has denied via Instagram story.

This prompted Chris Pratt's wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, to ask, “Is this what we really need?”

She continued, “There's so much going on in the world, and people are struggling in so many ways.

“Being mean is so yesterday. There's enough room to love all these guys. Love is what we all need, not meanness, and bullying. Let's try that.”

The following days, “Avengers” stars Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Ruffalo came to Chris Pratt's defense on their respective social media accounts.

“What a world… The 'sinless' are casting stones at my #brother, Chris Pratt,” Robert wrote on Instagram along with a photo of him and the “Guardians of the Galaxy” star.

“A real #Christian who lives by #principle, has never demonstrated anything but #positivity and #gratitude. AND he just married into a family that makes space for civil discourse and (just plain fact) INSISTS on service as the highest value.”

He continued, “If you take issue with Chris… I've got a novel idea: delete your social media accounts, sit with your own defects of #character, work on them, then celebrate humanness. @prattprattpratt I #gotyerbackbackback.”

Meanwhile, Mark Ruffalo tweeted, “You all, @prattprattpratt is as solid a man there is. I know him personally, and instead of casting aspersions, look at how he lives his life.

“He is just not overtly political as a rule. This is a distraction. Let's keep our eyes on the prize, friends. We are so close now.”

As of this writing, the actor has yet to comment on the said posts.

In August, Chris Pratt and his wife Katherine welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Lyla Maria.

The couple got engaged in January 2019 and tied the knot six months later.

Chris was formerly married to actress Anna Faris, with whom he shares a son.
